Uni Systems cloud infrastructure and related services are monitored on a 24X7 basis to ensure that the availability target is met. The monitoring is facilitated with the use of selected tools which have been customized accordingly to watch over the availability of Uni|Cloud and raise alarms in case a potential incident is tracked. A team of well trained operators perform the daily monitoring for several parameters of the respective services through console management and report any incidents to the support teams.
Reports of availability and capacity are extracted from these tools. Those are reviewed carefully by a team of experts aiming at identifying the root cause of any potential incidents and apply the respective corrective and preventive actions when needed.
